Description:

Position Summary:

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of products to our clients and learners, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, technical expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.

The Delivery Manager will be accountable for facilitating and ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum practices within the team. This role involves guiding the team through Agile processes, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative and productive environment.


Essential Job Functions:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices.

Assist the product owner with backlog management and prioritization.

Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team’s progress.

Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.

Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to improve overall Agile practices.

Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.

Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities.

Facilitate the resolution of impediments and escalate issues as necessary.

Coordinate and facilitate product feature demos to key stakeholders

Work closely with technical teams to ensure software solutions are tested and validated to meet expectations

Thorough understanding of technical needs and architectural frameworks

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Collaborate with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to facilitate and lead team discussions and decision-making.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Self-starter and quick learner of new technologies and products

Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Experience in EdTech.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle and practices
