NOVO' s regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes.

NOVO Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Quality Project Specialist.

The salary for this position is $80, 000.00. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job-related factors.

Essential Functions:

Retail Medical Project

  • Provide administration support to the Retail Medical Team relating to new customer set up
  • Assist with new customer setup and customer maintenance
  • Work with RQ and IT teams to resolve ABS issues as they arise
  • Provide training to new employees
  • Route maintenance
  • Inventory maintenance
  • Scrub inventories, losses, ordering
  • RA troubleshooting, review and support

ABS Projects

  • Assist RQ team as needed with ongoing ABS projects (i.e., conversions, product code clen up, etc.)
  • Learn direct invoicing and help cross train others

M& A Activity

  • Assist the RQ team with M& A activities that could include implementing ABS, setting up invoices, etc.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of office billing experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of customer service/customer contract experience
  • Minimum of 10 years working with ERP systems
  • Extensive knowledge of ABS software
  • Accurate, efficient, organized, confidential and extremely detail-oriented professional team player
  • Ability to understand and translate detailed verbal or written instructions
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, Prophix, and Oracle BI tools
