MPT/Traffic Foreperson - What Will You Do?

• BUILD AMERICA - Assist in multiple aspects of road jobs across the Allentown Area.
• Lead and direct people, equipment and resources in the construction of roads.
• Ensure sufficient deployment and productivity of work crews.
• Engage in open communication with the Superintendent and Project Managers and report any issues which could affect the project plan.
• Work as a team member and leader to carry prep sites for paving work and/or set traffic patterns.
• Identify and execute best practices concerning the efficient use of construction materials.
• Review and adhere to construction schedules, ensuring milestones and completion dates are met.
• Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Learn more about the Materials & Aggregate Industry in PA

Requirements - Who Are We Looking For?

• 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Prep or MPT foreman
• NECEPT certification is a plus.
• Able to collaborate and communicate across the business.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.
• Team Mindset - "The NESL Way"
• Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy.
• Valid driver's license and meets NESL's driving standards, preferred.
