Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Coordinator - What Will You Do?

  • Communicate with Customers regarding their needs.
  • Work with Sales, Quality Control, and plant personnel to provide material to customers.
  • Provide expertise in HMA to customers, as needed.
  • Attend critical paving events to oversee operations.
  • Measure and estimate quantities for the customer and plant if necessary.
  • Communicate proactively with plant management about upcoming work to ensure material availability.
  • Monitor plant capacities and schedule work accordingly.
  • Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure compliance with product specifications.
  • Identify deficiencies and corrective actions within the operation.
  • Handle initial complaints and grievances from customers, agencies, and contractors.
  • Learn more about the Materials & Aggregate Industry in PA

Requirements – Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Hot Mixed Asphalt Plant, customer service or logistics functions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mobile and stationary asphalt producing and paving equipment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite. JWS (Apex) experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid Driver’s license and meets Driving Standards per NESL policy.
