Description:
Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Coordinator - What Will You Do?
- Communicate with Customers regarding their needs.
- Work with Sales, Quality Control, and plant personnel to provide material to customers.
- Provide expertise in HMA to customers, as needed.
- Attend critical paving events to oversee operations.
- Measure and estimate quantities for the customer and plant if necessary.
- Communicate proactively with plant management about upcoming work to ensure material availability.
- Monitor plant capacities and schedule work accordingly.
- Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure compliance with product specifications.
- Identify deficiencies and corrective actions within the operation.
- Handle initial complaints and grievances from customers, agencies, and contractors.
- Learn more about the Materials & Aggregate Industry in PA
Requirements – Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Hot Mixed Asphalt Plant, customer service or logistics functions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mobile and stationary asphalt producing and paving equipment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite. JWS (Apex) experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s license and meets Driving Standards per NESL policy.
