HMA Plant Maintenance- What Will You Do?

• Perform routine maintenance on various hot mix asphalt (HMA) plants and equipment.
• Diagnose plant malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Welding (stick welding) to repair plant as needed.
• Work with plumbing and other functions of the plant.
• Serve as the backup plant operator for all HMA plants, including batch and drum plants.
• Assist in other areas of the HMA plant as necessary and perform other duties as assigned.
• Identify daily and long-term potential plant issues relative to the production and on-time delivery of material.

Requirements - Who Are We Looking For?

• Previous experience with aggregates/hot mix asphalt preferred.
• This position requires travel to various HMA plants in the Lancaster, Leesport, and Allentown areas.
• This position may also require nights and weekends work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.

• Capable and willingness to travel to job sites within a defined geographic territory.
• Valid driver's license and meets NESL's driving standards, preferred.
• High School Graduate/GED.
