Field Service Technician - What Will You Do?

• Operate equipment and perform construction, maintenance, and repair on Quarry, Hot-Mix Asphalt, and Ready-Mix Concrete plants.
• Repair, construct, weld, fabricate and install plant equipment.
• Work diligently to meet production and repair schedules.
• Comply with all NESL Safety Policies.
• Assist in other areas of the plants as necessary and perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide service for various PA and NY operations.

Requirements - Who Are We Looking For?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience in construction or manufacturing preferred.
• Basic electrical skillset and mechanically inclined.
• Knowledge, skills and ability necessary to form, pour and finish concrete foundations, walls, columns and slabs.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
• Knowledge, skills and ability to operate and use various types of mobile equipment and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and the ability to operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record for insurability.
• Ability to travel to any NESL site and work as directed. May require occasional overnight hotel stays.
