Batch Plant Operator - What Will You Do?

• Responsible production and delivery of quality concrete which meets all required specifications.
• Responsible for daily plant maintenance and ongoing predictive and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain regular communication with dispatch office to provide excellent service to customers.
• Assist with customer issues by working in conjunction with Sales and Dispatch.
• Responsible for ordering materials daily and maintaining proper inventory levels at the plant.
• Responsible for collecting and sending driver paperwork daily.

Requirements - Who Are We Looking For?

• Experience in RMC production or quality control preferred.
• High aptitude for electrical and mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work long hours and varying schedule.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.

• High School Graduate/GED.
• Valid driver's license and meets NESL's driving standards, preferred.
