Job Description
MONROEVILLE is hiring a Social Services Assistant in Monroeville, PA. This is a full-time position.
Monroeville Post Acute is a 131-bed post-acute care facility located at 885 MacBeth Dr., Monroeville. Our dedicated, tenured staff members are known for putting others first. Successful candidates will have the following:
Your day to day:
You'll provide assistance in caring for our residents by ensuring care plans meet their needs and they and their families are communicated with effectively. You'll work under supervision of our Social Services Director to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.

Successful candidates will have the following:
- Medicaid application experience
- Experience with social work in a LTC setting
- Compassion for an underserved population
- Ability to work effectively as team
- Excellent communication skills
