1. Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures

2. Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines

3. Understand production work orders, load tags, palletizing instructions, time sheets and all other relevant documents

4. Understand computer system and input of data

5. Perform quality checks on products (board grade, flutes, single face/double face sides and overall board quality) and identify defects

6. Maintain production efficiencies and standards

7. Perform miscellaneous job functions in an accurate and efficient manner, such as:

* Packing

* Palletizing

* Bundling

* Stacking

* Sorting

* Load Tags

8. Assist the Operators in efficient operation of the machine centers

9. Play an active role in the maintenance and cleanliness of assigned equipment and surrounding work area

10. Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements

11. Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
