Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Create supporting content aligned with refreshed and new marquee initiatives
  • Assist in building and testing project page variations to support content strategy experiments
  • Develop content for upcoming membership initiatives and future product releases
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, product, and membership teams to execute content updates and launches
  • Audit high-performing marquee content and recommend updates to improve longevity and audience engagement

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an interest in digital content and storytelling
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Curious and eager to learn, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical approach to evaluating content performance
  • Interest in media, publishing, fitness, or lifestyle content is a plus
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work onsite in Easton, PA four days per week

The base salary for this role is $20/hour. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
