Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
• Execute and optimize digital media campaigns in partnership with Program Management to ensure seamless delivery
• Manage ad operations processes, including collecting assets, trafficking campaigns, and thoroughly QA’ing third-party tags
• Monitor campaign pacing and performance against KPIs, proactively recommending and implementing optimizations
• Own campaign reporting by delivering insights-driven updates and comprehensive wrap reports with key learnings and recommendations
• Partner with Finance to support accurate billing and third-party reporting requirements
• Assist Account Management in investigating and resolving billing discrepancies
• Serve as an ad operations and optimization expert for Sales and Sales Support teams, communicating regularly to align on campaign performance
• Maintain expertise in ad technology, including ad verification, viewability, and programmatic ad serving, while ensuring accurate system integrations

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)
• 1+ years of experience in campaign management, including ad operations, optimization, and reporting, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with digital ad serving and trafficking processes; familiarity with tools like Google Ad Manager (DFP) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to quickly learn and apply technical concepts in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with third-party ad servers (e.g., DFP, DSM, CheckM8, VAST video) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or other scripting languages (e.g., SQL) is preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• This role is based in Easton, PA with a hybrid schedule of 4 days per week in-office

The base salary for this role is $52, 000 – $63, 000. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
