What you will enjoy doing*

• You will read, understand, and use Job Instruction routers (JI's), Job-Safety Analysis' (JSA), and schedules to accomplish daily production tasks
• In this role you must display basic understanding and knowledge regarding safe operation of grind machines being utilized to perform the work
• Also you will perform basic math and ability to use gage calibers to determine adherence to customer requirements
• You will perform standard maintenance task and TPM intervals on machines and equipment is required
• You will make minor and routine adjustments to production equipment without assistance
• Further, you will collaborate cross-functionally between operations, engineering, quality departments

What makes you great

• A High School Diploma or GED is required and also experience working in a production / manufacturing and / or plant environment
• You have a mechanical aptitude, analytical and technical ability
• Further you must be able to read, comprehend and understand work instructions and to be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
• You must be capable of lifting up to 40lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, hand and finger manipulation, occasional stooping and crouching
• Working extended hours and / or weekends and holidays may be required
