This position reports into Supply Planning Business Lead and is based at Fort Washington, PA.

Role reports to: Supply Planning Business Lead
Location: Fort Washington, PA
Travel %: 0
Pay: Anticipated hourly pay for this role ($20.00 - $26.00) depending on skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors

What you will do

The Supply Chain Planning Co-Op is responsible for supporting base business tactically through report generation and analysis, and strategically through innovation and project work. The Co-Op may have the opportunity to work on process enhancements with business process owners as well as different franchise planners.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Supply Planning support including report ownership and analysis

• Become a strategic member through innovation and project work

• Identify process improvements

• Attend and lead department meetings

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a business or technical bachelor's degree

• Ability to commit to a 6-month duration to work full time (40 hours per week) during the duration of the assignment. The program will be active from Monday-Friday from September-2025 to March-2026

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not required sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) nor or in the future

• Candidates must have the ability to work individually (independently) as well as on a team

• Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (including a high proficiency with generating pivot tables and graphs), and Power Point, and have strong oral and written communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience is preferred

• A minimum GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred

• Participation in campus/community service activities is desired

• Technical competencies in SharePoint and other information technology systems are highly desirable
