Pay: Anticipated hourly pay for this role ($20.00 - $29.00) depending on skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors

What you will do

The Site Communications Co-Op role is an opportunity for the balance of 2025 designed to help college students develop leadership, technical, and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training, development, coaching and mentorship. This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom in a consumer products manufacturing facility. This is a part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage the various internal communications and activities simultaneously, including various types of newsletters, digital communications, and physical postings

• Manage the timely review and distribution of information including routine announcements and urgent communications through multiple communication channels

• Act as an internal resource for communication requests by supplying design and messaging suggestions that support our overall standards and culture

• May include administrative responsibilities to support site meetings, visitors, activities, and events

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. and not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. G1-B status)

• Actively enrolled in an accredited university through the duration of co-op assignment pursuing a bachelor's degree or master's degree

• Pursuing a degree focused on: Communications, Public relations, Marketing, or a closely related field

• Ability to commit to approximately 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday) for the length of the assignment, starting in the summer of 2025 and continuing to December 2025

• A minimum GPA of 3.0

• Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Passionate about the consumer health industry

Desired Qualifications

• Ability to provide their own transportation between home and work location on a daily basis

• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple assignments and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency

• Demonstrated ability to prepare content for broad and diverse audiences and to plan, edit and create content for a variety of communication channels
