What you will do

The Investigative Engineer III will provide process expertise toward identification, investigation, and remediation of non-conformances.

• Sustain compliance and inspection readiness in manufacturing and the warehouse.

• Partner with cross-functional areas to develop and implement CAPAs and process improvements.

• Design, develop, test, and evaluate new and existing manufacturing systems for plant processes including human work factors, material flow, and process optimization for operational improvement.

• Provide on-call and off-shift problem solving support for base business operation

What are we looking for

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or science related.
• At least 4-6 years of related experience
• A thorough understanding of line design flow principles and practices, lean manufacturing and the ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of project management principles are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience using Excel as an analytical tool is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions or complex inquiries from groups of employees, managers and internal customers
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets to support decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to work at functional and strategic levels simultaneously
• Demonstrated planning and tracking skills and strong project management skills
• Demonstrated organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects
• Must have demonstrated strong cross-functional collaboration and teaming.
• Proven influence, leadership and facilitation skills.
• Analytical problem solver
• Strong time management skills (schedules, timelines, and task prioritization)

What's in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$86, 700.00 - $122, 400.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
