As a Senior Product Solutions Associate in Healthcare Payments, Payer, you are a significant contributor to a team that defines and configures complex product solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities. You draw from research and client feedback to develop unique product solutions in partnership with Sales and coordinate with product teams to support new product development.

Job responsibilities
  • Supports the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives through collaboration with our clients and other internal teams such as Sales, Commercialization, and Product
  • Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials and RFP's
  • Delivers compelling oral and written presentations with associated technical skills in building sales decks and training collateral
  • Establishes forums to coordinate across the Product Solutions team to enable a successful configuration of solutions
  • Sources new opportunities while shepherding inbound requests.
  • Track, forecast, and report key performance metrics and pipeline activity through CRM tools.
  • Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products
  • Experience supporting the sales cycle by producing sales decks, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value analysis reports
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
  • Demonstrates critical thinking abilities across multitude of scenarios.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Healthcare Experience, preferably in Payer, financial services, or technology.
