The Product Director will be accountable for leading the nurse and APP focused strategies and execution for Talvey®. In this role, you will focus on the development of strategies and tactics for adequate APP and nurse education, including insight generation, strategy development, strategic media planning, content development, and tactical execution. The Product Director will work with a cross functional team of brand partners, field teams, internal partners, and agency partners to help support Talvey® customers and patients.
Position Description:
Leads development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, and messaging, to achieve business goals
Ensures strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with HCP marketing/Prof Promo, Global Commercial Strategy Organization, PS& E, Sales Learning & Development, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners
Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team
Develop tactical plans and lead brand deployment direction for Oncology Clinical Educators (OCEs) in collaboration with other brand leads and cross-functional partners
Develop content with learning and development team for field team meetings and ongoing field development for Oncology Clinical Educators (OCEs) and other field teams
Collaborate with omnichannel leads and media agencies to ensure targeted execution of nurse/APP-focused tactics
Qualifications:
Requirements:
A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
A minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing, Sales, and/or related fields and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.
Preferred:
Experience in oncology
Previous sales or field experience
