Summary:

The Group Product Director, Psoriasis Access & Customer Experience Marketing will lead a marketing team composed of dedicated and passionate individuals and be responsible for the access and customer experience marketing for the launch of Icotrokinra in Psoriasis (JNJ-2113). This role will act as a leader in the Dermatology marketing team and will report directly to the Director of Marketing for Dermatology. The individual in this position will have responsibility for building the ACx strategy, inclusive of new and novel PECS programs, leading our Access Coordinator Speaker Faculty/ACx congress/P2P strategy & execution and implementing new solutions to drive Icotrokinra access and fulfilment across for the launch.

The Group Product Director must develop, retain, and motivate direct reports. Responsible for the development of all employees within team by supporting the development of Human Resources Planning (HRP) programs including management development and training to meet current and future business needs. This person will be accountable for meeting key strategic imperatives of the brand and contributing to revenue performance in the U.S. to meet and exceed share goals. ICOTROKINRA is a highly visible asset in the J& J Immunology portfolio of products, and this position will create a significant career opportunity. This individual must demonstrate strong leadership presence through influencing without authority with high-level management, attention to detail, and excellent strategic thinking. This position requires extensive interactions with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, retain, and motivate a high-performance marketing team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and execute ACx marketing strategies, access messaging, targeting and tactics to drive performance of ICOTROKINRA in Dermatology related to access and patient/customer experience

  • Ensure clarity of Access related field strategy and execution and resource utilization in partnership with Sales Leadership, IPS and HCP Marketing Teams

  • Lead in partnership with the Thought Leader Liaison team the relationship management for Access coordinator/Office Staff KOLS and Faculty in Rheumatology & Dermatology, Peer-to-Peer Content related to ACx and BC-related professional education and congress strategies and executions

  • Lead the design of the Omni-Channel plan to promote and educate on access and WithMe experience and outline the team plan to deliver tactical innovations to meet product needs

  • Lead the DEP/JET direction in partnership with the PD of DEP & Omnichannel to identify and design Access-related insights, triggers and direction related to access and experience opportunities and strategies

  • Identify opportunities for innovation & improvement in our HCP and patient experience in writing, access and receiving product and partner with PECS to advance meaningful solutions to enhance fulfilment

  • Ensure strong partnership with sales and peer marketers responsible for HCP Marketing, DTC, PECS, FRM and IPS Channels to ensure strong collaboration and consistency from strategy to execution across Rheumatology & Dermatology

  • Work closely with the Commercial Excellence team to translate data into meaningful insights that shape strategy and design and lead key BC / Office staff Ad Boards as needed

  • Play a critical role partnering with cross functional partners including Medical Affairs, Global Marketing, Finance, R& D, Quality, Sales and cross-franchise marketing to develop plans and tactics for the U.S. business and develop plans for translating clinical data into commercial opportunities

  • Build relationships and work effectively with external agencies and key internal partners to ensure prioritized successful tactical execution.

  • Partner with legal, medical, regulatory & HCC to obtain approval of marketing materials.

  • Demonstrate strong strategic and operational planning excellence to ensure proactive and timely cross-functional plans regarding data, competitor activities, market events and more;

  • Responsible for delivering the ACx Tactical plan and continued optimization of plan in addition to BME accountability

Qualifications:

  • B.A./B.S. is required. An MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred.

  • A minimum of 10 years of commercial or related business experience, of which at least 5 years of successful pharmaceutical marketing

  • Market Access and/or Fulfilment-related experience strongly preferred

  • People leadership experience required

  • Prior Sales or Sales Leadership Experience preferred

  • Candidate must have a demonstrated track record of business results, storytelling competencies and effectively driving new and novel solutions

  • Ability to influence large/diverse teams without direct authority is required

  • Strong verbal, written and executive communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills

  • Agency/ vendor relationship management required

  • Demonstrated success partnering with sales teams is preferred

  • Must have a strong sense of urgency and big picture orientation with attention to detail

  • Continual assessment of the competitive landscape to inform strategic choices

  • Must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall business acumen.

  • Excellent leadership, decision-making process, and ability to influence with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team to deliver results

  • This role is based in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) and requires up to 20% domestic travel
