We are searching for the best talent for the Data & Operations Supervisor (DOS), CAR-T, located in Horsham, PA.

We're looking for an exceptional Data & Operations Supervisor to join our CAR-T team, where science meets operational excellence, and every day is an opportunity to improve processes, support patient-focused outcomes, and deliver data-driven solutions. As the Data & Operations Supervisor, you will focus on managing data systems, reporting, and process improvements to support patient access programs like MyCARVYKTI. Your role will include overseeing reporting and analytics, driving efficiency initiatives, and ensuring compliance to enhance operational program outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

Data Reporting: Support QBR (Quarterly Business Review) development, monthly dashboard reporting, and automation efforts while maintaining dashboards to monitor call center and program performance. Lead the collection and review of customer insights to inform leadership, strategic decisions and program enhancements. Manage quarterly territory presentations and assist call center leadership with capacity modeling to optimize program delivery and resource utilization

Operational Excellence: Support the program's goals & objectives by ensuring high-quality service delivery, optimizing call center performance, and improving processes for patients, caregivers, and the call center team. Lead initiatives to enhance program efficiency by supporting call monitoring, auditing, and operational projects.

Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across reporting and operations through a weekly case audit reporting process

Business Case Analysis: Conduct in-depth business case analyses to support decision-making for operational improvements and business planning

Collaboration and Innovation: Partner across various stakeholder groups to identify and implement new technologies and operational strategies to improve data management and program execution

Ciltacabtagene autoleucel (cilta-cel) is our groundbreaking cell therapy for treating specific types of cancer. This process involves collecting a Patient's immune cells, genetically modifying them, and reinfusing them to create a highly personalized treatment. CAR-T therapy requires seamless collaboration across multiple stakeholders, including supply chain, commercial teams, and treatment facilities.

  • Associate degree or equivalent higher education training required, bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Operations Management, Business, Finance, or Accounting) preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, operations, finance, accounting or a related field, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare settings, required
  • Expertise in data systems (e.g., Salesforce, CRM platforms), reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and process automation required
  • Proven ability to analyze data, generate insights, and create actionable recommendations for operational improvements, required
  • Pharmaceutical/medical call center experience preferred
  • Eager to take ownership, be proactive, and see patients/caregivers through their entire CAR-T journey by supporting the call center and leadership teams with analysis and recommendations, preferred
  • Skilled in problem-solving and using personal knowledge and any other valuable resources to work through ambiguous situations and ensure a positive customer experience, preferred
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across virtual, cross-functional teams and demonstrate patient empathy and support, preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving program needs, required
  • Experience in compliance monitoring, quality assurance, data governance, and SOP adherence, preferred
  • Prior experience in people management, including team leadership, performance evaluation, and staff development, is a plus
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $91, 000 to $147, 200.
  • Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
  • Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
  • Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
    • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
    • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
