Location: Kennett Square, PA
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time; Monday through Friday, 7: 30 am - 3: 30 pm
Program: Community Residential Rehabilitation Program

What You'll Do - Plan and prepare daily meals for residents, ensuring quality, nutrition, and compliance with specific dietary needs
- Order groceries and household supplies, manage inventory, and maintain organized storage areas
- Assist with general household duties, including cleaning and organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen and shared living spaces
- Create weekly menus that meet dietary restrictions and preferences
- Interact with residents in a supportive and respectful manner
- Monitor medication regimens (as applicable)
- Document required information and services accurately and on time
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, families, and community partners
- Follow all program policies, licensing standards, and incident reporting procedures
What We're Looking For - 1 year of human services experience (or equivalent combination)
- High school diploma/equivalent required
- Experience in cooking, meal preparation, meal planning, or food service (home or professional setting) - strongly preferred
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Clearances: Criminal Clearance, and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Valid Driver's License.
