About the Role: The
Program Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring high‑quality, recovery‑oriented behavioral health services. This position provides
clinical oversight and mentorship to designated staff and/or shifts while maintaining a hands‑on presence in service delivery when needed. You'll partner closely with the Clinical Coordinator and serve as a vital support during critical moments-especially within our COPE and LETI programs that intersect directly with community crisis response and law enforcement.

Schedule Details: Monday through Friday, 9: 00 am - 5: 00 pm
Location: Exton, PA
Program: COPE (Warm handoff program) & LETI (Law Enforcement Treatment Initiative)
Salary: $52, 000 depending on experience
What You'll Do - Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and consultation to assigned program staff
- Support direct service staff during crises and critical situations
- Apply knowledge of mental health diagnoses, recovery principles, and cultural competency in daily practice
- Deliver routine supervision and constructive feedback, including 90‑day and annual evaluations
- Ensure services meet best‑practice standards, licensure requirements, and contractual obligations
- Maintain accurate, timely, and high‑quality clinical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and incident reporting
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, payers, and agencies
- Assist with orienting and onboarding new program staff
- Utilize systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and MyEvolv effectively
- Promote fiscally responsible program operations
- Support program goals in alignment with agency mission, policies, and procedures
- Complete required training and professional development activities
- Perform additional duties as needed to support program success
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications: One of the following: -
- High School Diploma plus 2 years of behavioral health experience and Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) certification
- Strong understanding of recovery‑oriented and culturally competent care
- Valid, non‑provisional driver's license
- Ability to obtain required Pennsylvania clearances
