What You'll Do
  • Conduct formal clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with legal and forensic systems.
  • Deliver crisis assessment and stabilization services as needed.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Participate in all required individual and peer supervision
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries

What We're Looking For:
  • Master's degree in a clinical discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
  • 1 year in behavioral health, with direct substance use and outpatient therapy experience.
  • Licensure: LPC preferred (LCSW, PsyD a plus); co-occurring certification encouraged - clinical supervision available
  • Clearances: PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and federal fingerprint-based background checks; Medicaid/Medicare exclusion verification
