Job Description
Holcomb Behavioral Health System is hiring a Behavior Health Technician (BHT) in Harrisburg, PA. This is a part-time position.

What You'll Do
- Deliver individualized, one-to-one behavioral health services to youth and families
- Implement treatment and behavior management plans developed by the Behavior Consultant
- Teach and reinforce safe, socially acceptable replacement behaviors
- Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and problem-solving
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary to stabilize acute situations
- Complete accurate documentation and participate in supervision and collaboration
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of experience providing mental health support services to youth or young adults is preferred
- Certification: BCAT (Board Certified Autism Technician) required (We provide this training if you do not have it!)
- Clearances: PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and federal fingerprint-based background checks; Medicaid/Medicare exclusion verification
