Auto Body Detailer- Needed CARSTAR Fred Beans Malvern is looking for an full-time experienced automotive detailer to join our team, to provide top-tier care for our customers' vehicles. At Fred Beans Automotive Group, we've been voted a "Best Place to Work" for 8 years running. What you'll do: Professionally clean and when needed, detail our repaired vehicles inside and out. De nibbing, Wet-sand and polish paint imperfections on the painted panels. Collaborate with team members to meet delivery timelines. Work with our painter on prep and post paint unmasking operations. Keep the shop work area clean. What We're Looking For: Prior experience in auto shop detailing with attention to detail. Dependable work ethic, and a solid work history. Pride in one's workmanship. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with low mistake count Training can be provided to develop skillset in sanding, masking, bagging, and edging parts Ability to perform minor repairs ICAR Certification a plus Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug screen, physical, driving and background check If you're team-oriented and quality minded, this is a great opportunity for you.
