Case Manager - Federal

Summary The primary purpose of this position is to administer client services required by the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work. All activities must support the Firetree, Ltd. mission, strategic goals, and objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The position duties and responsibilities listed below describe the general nature and scope of work. Other responsibilities, duties and skills may be required and assigned, as needed. Intake and orientation of all clients.Site visits to employers, proposed residencies, and home confinement residencies.Provides individual counseling and documents results.Liaison with outpatient department on drug/alcohol counseling needs.Ensures appropriate substance abuse testing requirements are met.Ensures paperwork requirements on cases are met.Assists residents with employment search and home plan development.Establishes and monitors resident financial responsibility plan.Assists Director in ensuring all Statement of Work requirements are met.Performs other duties as assigned.
