Environmental Resources Management, Inc. is hiring!
Description:
As environmental, regulatory, and climate challenges continue to reshape how organizations operate, senior leaders play a critical role in guiding responsible, innovative decision‑making. ERM is seeking a Technical Consulting Director, Water and Nature to help clients navigate complex water, chemical, and nature‑related risks while advancing sustainable, science‑based solutions.
Based in Philadelphia, PA (with flexibility for additional locations for the ideal candidate), this full‑time leadership role sits at the intersection of strategy, technical excellence, and business growth. You will help shape ERM’s water, nature, and ecological risk services while working alongside some of the most respected technical experts and consultants in the industry.
This role is central to ERM’s mission of helping organizations address some of the world’s most complex environmental and sustainability challenges. As a Director, you will influence strategic direction, deepen client partnerships, and strengthen ERM’s reputation for delivering trusted, high‑impact solutions in water resources, toxicology, chemical regulations, biodiversity, and nature‑based solutions. Your leadership will directly support clients as they respond to climate change, regulatory complexity, and growing expectations around environmental stewardship.
