ERM’s Air Quality & Climate Change team helps clients navigate complex environmental regulations while driving meaningful progress in sustainability and emissions reduction. As a Consulting Associate, Air Quality, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality technical work that supports cleaner operations, compliance excellence, and climate-forward solutions across the Mid-Atlantic.
What Your Impact Is
In this role, you will support a wide range of air quality and climate‑related projects, from emissions analysis and permitting to climate reporting and compliance programs. You’ll work closely with experienced ERM practitioners and industry-leading experts—gaining hands-on experience, expanding your technical skillset, and contributing to impactful environmental outcomes for major clients in technology, energy, and manufacturing.
