Civil Client Manager

We are looking for a Civil Client Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience who is ready to move beyond simply managing projects and begin helping lead clients, relationships, and the future of our Civil Engineering practice. As part of our succession planning, we are intentionally developing the next generation of professionals who will lead those relationships.You will work alongside senior Entech leaders, learn the history and priorities of key clients, progressively assume responsibility for those relationships, and become someone clients trust to help them think through what comes next. This means knowing more than the project. It means knowing the client. Understanding what they are trying to accomplish. Knowing the people who influence decisions. Understanding their capital plans, upcoming projects, compliance challenges, and strategic priorities. Educating them to help them make more informed decisions. Bringing the right Entech resources to the table. Delivering on what we promise. And recognizing where else we can help. This is how Entech defines client management. What You Will Own Client relationships. Become a trusted advisor to assigned clients and take responsibility for protecting and strengthening those relationships. The client growth plan. Know where the client is today and where they are headed. Map relationships, understand priorities, capture upcoming projects and capital plans, identify compliance and infrastructure needs, and coordinate Entech's engagement across the organization. Project leadership. Lead civil engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and the client experience. The next opportunity to create value. Listen for what is coming next. Connect clients with other Entech expertise when it makes sense. Relationship depth. Build connections beyond a single project or contact. Help create durable institutional relationships between the client and Entech. People and practice leadership. Mentor developing professionals, share your judgment and experience, and progressively take a larger role in the direction and growth of Entech's Civil Engineering practice. A Desirable Schedule Civil engineering can be a rewarding career. It can also become a lifestyle with a schedule built around recurring night meetings. This role is different at Entech. There will be occasional evening commitments, client events, and professional activities. But recurring monthly night meetings are not an expectation of this position. You can lead significant clients, grow professionally, help build a practice, and be home for dinner. This role can be based from any of our Entech offices in Pennsylvania (Reading, Beaver Falls, Pottsville, Lancaster, Mountain Top, Lehigh Valley, Hawley), with flexible work arrangements.
