Pay: $19-$20/hr |
Shift: 9am-5pm
Summary: Responsible for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and material handling. Ensures accurate documentation, safe forklift operation, and timely movement of products. Works closely with an 8‑person team and supports both shipping and receiving functions.
Key Duties: - Pick, stage, and load orders; process shipments in Epicor/Kinetic and Shipwell
- Unload inbound materials, verify paperwork, and process receipts same day
- Create Bills of Lading, print pick lists, close packs, and scan documents
- Communicate with drivers, schedule pickups, and support administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all PPE requirements
What You Need: - HS diploma/GED or manufacturing experience
- 2-3+ years shipping/receiving; 1+ year forklift experience
- Computer skills (email, ERP systems) and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team; safety and quality mindset
