We are looking for a
Production Laborer to join our Lancaster, PA team and play a key part in our facility's operations!
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 2: 30p - 12: 30a
Pay Range: $18-$21/hr, based on experience
Shift Differential: $0.75/hr
The Impact You'll Make: - Machine Operation and Cleaning:
- Operate machinery and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and adherence to safety guidelines
- Cleaning machines for color changes and troubleshooting issues
- Communicate any issues with team members and leadership
- Safety & Team Coordination:
- Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
- Efficiently meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards with a focus on safety
- Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
Essential Experiences: - High school diploma/GED
- Previous forklift and/or bucket truck experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in hands-on, dirty and/or dusty environment
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
