About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship‑driven
Human Resources & Corporate Services Coordinator to support both the Human Resources team and Corporate Services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys being a central support partner across multiple teams. You will contribute directly to new hire onboarding, employee support, administrative operations, and governance-related tasks-all while fostering strong connections across the organization.
What You'll Do Human Resources Coordination - Support onboarding and offboarding, including I‑9s, new hire documentation, orientation scheduling, employee file maintenance, and system access.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and update HRIS information.
- Assist with recruitment support such as job postings, HireRight background checks, and candidate communication.
- Help coordinate performance management activities, training programs, and engagement initiatives.
- Provide customer service to employees and managers, answering first‑day questions and routing inquiries appropriately.
- Pull HR reports from Dayforce and assist with HR presentations and audits.
- Support CHRO and HR team with process improvements and administrative needs.
- Assist with production‑level exit interviews as needed.
Corporate Services & Administrative Support - Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant/Assistant Corporate Secretary.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, manage calendars, and send reminders.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Draft, edit, and prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Arrange travel accommodations such as flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Assist with planning and supporting company events, meetings, and special projects.
- Maintain smooth communication across departments and support cross‑functional collaboration.

What You Bring - 2-4 years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or a similar administrative support role.
- HR knowledge or prior HR experience is a strong plus
- Experience with HRIS (Dayforce a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Notary Public experience or willingness to obtain is highly desirable.
- Experience arranging travel is a plus.
