Machine Operator - Floater! You'll operate multiple machines, assist where needed across departments, and ensure quality standards are met in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do - Operate various machines including mixer, demold, sheeter, and die cutting
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Input and retrieve data from ERP systems
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members
- Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple machine interfaces
- Support production needs across different areas as required
Qualifications - Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proven ability to multitask in a stressful environment (dirty, confined spaces, strict timelines)
- Read and understand units of measure
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Comfortable with data entry and basic computer skills; ERP experience preferred
- Must be safety-conscious and able to work overtime as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment - Rubber manufacturing facility
- Loud, dusty, and not climate-controlled
- PPE required: safety glasses, steel/composite toe boots, ear protection
