What you'll do: • Entering customers into CRM, inputting used car descriptions, uploading used car pictures, ordering brochures, providingadministrative support to sales.• Answer incoming phone calls and directs callers to the appropriatedepartment or individual, or takes a message.• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly andefficient manner.• Obtain basic demographic information about each customer, using anups card, a computer system, a log sheet or other method establishedby the dealership.• Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timelymanner.• Assist with clerical duties as requested.• Maintain a professional appearance.• Other tasks may be assigned. What you'll need: • Proficiency in basic computer skills, must also meet qualifications fora Sales consultant.• High school diploma.• Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.• Strong focus on quality, integrity, customer satisfaction andprofessionalism.• Excellent communication and listening skills
