It is an opportunity to empower others, make a lasting difference in your community, and build a rewarding career with purpose What You'll Do as a DSP Provide hands-on support to individuals participating in our Adult Day Program by: Assisting individuals with daily activities and program participationSupporting the development of social, communication, and life skillsEncouraging independence, self-advocacy, and personal choiceAssisting with community outings, volunteer activities, and recreational opportunitiesImplementing individualized goals and support plansMaintaining accurate documentation and communicationBuilding meaningful relationships while serving as a positive role modelEnsuring the health, safety, and well-being of individuals receiving services Schedule Daylight Monday - Friday No overnight shifts No weekends
