Responsibilities- Own the relationships with the Company's global TP advisors for the annual US and OECD TP studies, local files (where required), competent authority processes, any local audit TP assistance, and the corresponding budget.
- Oversee and/or help prepare transfer pricing documentation for the US and international markets, including assessing the arm's length nature of intercompany charges and other transactions.
- Coordinate and provide advice with business units on any operational-lead changes to supply chain flows.
- Analyze business units financial data, prepare or review calculations and documentation related to transfer pricing in support of tax accounting requirements.
- Oversee or provide any one-time TP adjustments to the business units at year end for the Company, when necessary.
- Prepare or review the headquarters charges and any profit-split calculations for the Company.
- Prepare or review the various components of tax adjustment information for US tax compliance as well as summarizing data associated with BEAT transactions.
- Prepare the annual update to the Master file for the Company.
- Coordinate with the Legal Dept on preparation and/or review intercompany agreements, where necessary.
- Coordinate and provide the Company's external auditor with any transfer pricing documentation and information requested at year end.
- Partner with and build positive relationships across the business, the finance organization and the different functional teams within the Tax Dept.
- Identify transfer pricing risks and opportunities and provide practical, business-focused solutions.
- Assist with the responses to global tax audits that involve transfer pricing, including collecting necessary data and responding to information requests from tax authorities.
- Provide technical guidance and review work for accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze and document tax planning projects involving transfer pricing, including intercompany pricing reviews, especially focused on intellectual property, intercompany financing, and intercompany services, etc.
- Contribute to talent development, performance evaluations, and training initiatives.
Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Tax, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- 8+ years of relevant Transfer Pricing experience in either a public accounting or corporate setting.
- Complex analytical, strong problem-solving skills, and economic modeling experience with the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- The ability to rethink complex processes and work with a team in a continuous improvement environment.
- Strong business and financial acumen and strong communication and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curious mind set, confident, independent and logical problem solver.
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot, Outlook. Alteryx, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau and other automation tools is a strong plus.
Working Conditions The working conditions are those typical for an office environment.
Physical Requirements This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, typing, monitor usage, keyboarding and other duties normally associated with an in-office job.
