Description:

The MBA/Graduate Recruitment Lead will be responsible for managing recruitment strategy and execution for our graduate leadership development programs across the enterprise. This includes campus and sourcing strategy, relationship and candidate management, and event management. This individual will have high visibility with key stakeholders and leaders within the organization, across multiple functions. MBA Recruiting
  • Partner with key internal business stakeholders to deliver talent acquisition strategy and recommendations on graduate business schools and opportunities that align with key business objectives
  • Identify, assess, and recommend top MBA talent for career opportunities across the graduate programs
  • Manage all MBA recruiting activities (on-site or virtual) including content and delivery
  • Perform candidate management updates and maintenance in Workday and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all phases of the recruitment lifecycle
  • Manage, analyze, and summarize candidate data to deliver insights and recommendations as needed
  • Consistently ensure an optimal candidate experience


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of campus recruiting, professional recruiting, or program management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the talent acquisition marketplace (particularly in graduate recruitment and experience putting together talent acquisition strategies and solutions
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and manage mid-scale projects from planning through execution
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Track record of flawless execution along with an innate ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Superb organizational and follow-up skills; ability to prioritize and process a high volume of work for multiple team members while maintaining the highest quality results
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written, along with consultative skills to influence at all levels
  • Flexibility to adapt to & execute against organizational changes and priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office


This role requires 10% travel, often during peak campus seasons.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
