JOB DESCRIPTION

Chubb is hiring for a Policy Reporting Analyst, North America Workers Compensation!

The ideal candidate will sit in our Philadelphia, PA, Wilmington, DE or Whitehouse Station, NJ offices.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain various databases.
  • Generate error reports on an assigned schedule and supplemental basis, distributing to business units.
  • Follow up with business units on corrections of errors to ensure timely response to reporting agencies.
  • Analyze State reporting errors and notify other team members and business partners of changes/trends.
  • Retrieve and distribute all fines to the appropriate business units for review prior to payment.
  • Prepare and code fined errors for payment processing, ensuring timely submission.
  • Track fines and follow up with business units to ensure errors have been closed and any payments have been made.
  • Assist in the research and resolution of policy reporting and proof of coverage issues.
  • Assist in the research, recommendation, development, and testing of policy system changes.
