Overview:

As a Team Leader I in the Supported Employment program, you will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing a team dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health challenges. You’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality employment services, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and foster strong relationships with community employers and support networks. Your leadership will directly impact the success and independence of those we serve.

What You’ll Have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Human Services preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • Certification such as CESP or ACRE-approved Employment Services credentials.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to provide transportation as needed.
  • Proficiency in documentation, scheduling, and service tracking.

A Typical Day May Include:

  • Leading and supporting staff in the field with regular site visits.
  • Coordinating job placements and maintaining employer relationships.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate documentation for billing and compliance.
  • Monitoring service hours, outcomes, and productivity metrics.
  • Providing on-call support and arranging coverage for job sites.
  • Participating in team meetings and collaborating with Program Specialists.
  • Advocating for individuals’ progress toward community employment.
