Overview:
The Supported Employment Program Specialist is responsible for coordinating services for individuals in the Supported Employment program and supervising staff responsible for implementing Individual Support Plans (ISPs). This role involves overseeing health and safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing documentation, and supporting individuals in achieving employment-related goals. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
What You’ll Bring:
Master's degree and 1 year experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or; Bachelor's and 2 years experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or; Associate's degree and 4 years experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities
