Overview:
The Leave & Benefits Coordinator supports the Barber National Institute by providing accurate, timely, and organized administrative coordination of employee benefits and leave programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring team members receive clear information and dependable support during important employment events such as medical leave, benefits enrollment, and workplace injury reporting.
The Leave & Benefits Coordinator works closely with the Total Rewards team to manage high‑volume administrative processes, maintain system records, prepare routine reports, and support compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. This position is well‑suited for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in structured work, values confidentiality, and enjoys supporting employees through well‑managed HR processes.
