Overview:
As the Regional Director, Philadelphia Programs at the Barber National Institute, you will serve as the senior leader responsible for strategic and operational leadership of the Residential Services, Day Programs, Supported Employment, and Life Sharing across the Philadelphia region. This role is central to advancing BNI’s mission by ensuring high-quality, person-centered support while maintaining strong regulatory compliance, fiscal stewardship, and operational excellence.
This position is ideal for an experienced human services leader who brings strategic thinking, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to dignity, safety, and inclusion for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to strengthen and expand services, develop leaders, and respond to evolving community needs.
