Compensation Details:
Full-Time Wage: $56, 753.84 (salary)
Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $6, 000
Part-Time Wage: $27.29 (hourly)
Part-Time Sign-On Bonus: $3, 000
Hours:
Full-Time: Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
Part-Time: Monday – Friday (Between 20-30 hours per week)
Summary:
At the Barber National Institute, we are dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing high-quality behavioral health services. As a Behavioral Consultant – ABA, you will play a key role in providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to support individuals in achieving their personal goals. You will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement behavior support plans that foster independence and improve quality of life.
