Overview:
The Elizabeth Lee Black School, a nationally recognized “School of Excellence” and part of the Barber National Institute, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Analyst to join our Children & Youth programs. This role is central to supporting students with behavioral challenges through the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and training of staff in evidence-based practices.
We are looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about improving student outcomes, committed to professional excellence, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, student-centered environment.
