Overview:
As an Applications Analyst II, you will play a key role in supporting, analyzing, and enhancing administrative and operational software applications. You will collaborate closely with users, operational teams, and IT to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and effective integration of application systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage system changes that support organizational goals and service delivery.
This is a hybrid role where our team works in the Erie office two days a week and remote the other three days.
Our team follows a rotating on-call schedule, covering 4: 30 PM to midnight on weekdays and 8: 30 AM to midnight on weekends. Currently, the rotation occurs approximately every 6–7 weeks.
