Manufacturing Process Engineer (Material Flow)

Primary Purpose of the Job

Increase and optimize the overall engineering, maintenance, quality and safe operations of the material flow processes (Pour & Debridge, Small Parts, Packing and Shipping areas) through implementation of best practice technology, work design, and process support.

• Ability to use process simulation software for designing, analyzing and optimizing processes.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex process-related information to various stakeholders, including non-technical staff.
• Project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborative interpersonal skills to work efficiently with multidisciplinary teams and foster a harmonious working environment.
• Attention to detail to ensure all specifications and regulations are met during the process design and implementation stages.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations to ensure all processes are compliant and safe.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and software that could enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
