JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities

As an EHS Intern for Arconic in Cranberry you will be a part of an EHS Team helping support one of Arconic's largest aluminum extrusion facilities. Working closely with the EHS Manager and EHS Engineer, the EHS Intern will help support the location's safety programs and employee training with emphasis on Lockout Tagout control of hazardous energy.

• Assist member of the Cranberry EHS Staff with the routine EHS Management functions
• Conduct a variety of assessments and recommend corrective actions
• Assist with monthly employee safety training and new hire orientation
• Participate in weekly safety walks in various departments as part of a team
• Use software to create safety procedures
