We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic SAP Variant Configuration (VC) Senior Analyst to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP VC solutions. This role will be responsible for managing complex product configuration scenarios, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring accurate and efficient configuration of configurable products in SAP. In this role you will report to the SAP PTM lead.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Lead SAP VC design and implementation efforts across business units.
• Configure and maintain SAP VC models, including characteristics, classes, dependencies, and object dependencies.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and manufacturing teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP VC solutions.
• Ensure accurate configuration logic and seamless integration with SD, MM, PP, and other relevant modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues and provide expert-level support.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of VC processes and documentation.
• Support testing, training, and change management activities related to VC.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC).
• Experience with Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) in S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of configurable products and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of SAP classification system and object dependencies.
• Understanding of BOMs, routings, and production planning for configurable materials.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is required, with one end-to-end implementation completed.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
