Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented SAP Training Content Developer to join our team. This role is critical in driving user adoption and operational efficiency across our SAP landscape by designing engaging, effective, and scalable training solutions. In this role, you will report to the SAP Training Lead.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Contribute to the training plan and curriculum; maintain training trackers and schedules.
  • Create high quality training assets (slide decks, e-learning, simulations, WalkMe deployables, hands-on exercises) aligned to business processes and system configuration.
  • Collaborate with SAP functional teams and business stakeholders to identify training needs and user pain points.
  • Support end-user training and gather feedback to continuously improve training content and WalkMe experiences.
  • Support global SAP rollouts and upgrades with tailored training strategies and content.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
  • 5+ years of experience developing SAP training content for ECC and/or S/4HANA.
  • 2+ years of experience deploying content with SAP content tools such as WalkMe, U-Perform or EnableNow.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication, ability to simplify complex, technical topics.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Employee Type: Salaried

Salary Minimum: $100, 000

Salary Maximum: $130, 000

Incentive: 1289
