Achievement House Cyber Charter School is hiring a Compliance Coordinator in Exton, PA. This is a full-time position.

Achievement House Cyber Charter School is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator whose organizational expertise will help drive critical compliance initiatives. As the Compliance Coordinator, you'll play a key role in coordinating reporting, documentation management, data collection, and cross-functional projects that support the school's compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) requirements and other applicable regulatory obligations. Responsibilities Compliance Program Coordination Coordinate assigned compliance initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required documentation and adherence to state, federal, and organizational requirements. Monitor compliance status, identify outstanding requirements, and coordinate follow-up efforts with students, families, and staff. Maintain compliance calendar, project timelines, and tracking systems, ensuring stakeholders are aware of upcoming requirements, deadlines, and deliverables. Maintain audit-ready documentation and records for all assigned compliance programs and reporting requirements. Stay up to date on compliance requirements and assist with revision or implementation of new procedures when applicable. Serve as the central point of organization for assignedcomplianceprojects. Student & Family Compliance Programs FAFSA: Collaborate with Guidance to: Maintain accurate tracking, Ensure all eligible students complete a FAFSA application or approved waiver, Contact students and families on outstanding documentation, Evaluate data regularly to identify missing documentation and students requiring additional outreach to provide timely follow ups. Annual Residency Verification: Under the direction of the Child Accounting Manager/PIMS Administrator and to ensure timely 100% completion rate, support with the entire process including, but not limited to: Gathering verification items, Tracking progress, Troubleshoot issues, and Following up with families and/or staff. Change of Address: Partner with the Child Accounting Manager/PIMS Administrator to ensure completed enrollment form and proof of residency is received in a timely manner and follow up when needed. Wellness Checks: Track weekly completion rates to identify outstanding wellness checks, coordinate follow-up efforts with appropriate staff, and escalate any concerns requiring additional intervention. Intent to Return Campaigns: Coordinate annual Intent to Return campaigns, evaluate data, identify and follow up with families as needed, and maintain accurate tracking and documentation. Internet Reimbursement: Track and verify Internet Reimbursement payment eligibility and assist families with inquiries or issues beyond the mentor-level support. If needed, coordinate with Finance and Mentors to resolve payment concerns. Data Management & Reporting Review and validate compliance-related data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems prior to reporting or submission.Leverage data and visualization tools to monitor progress and guide decisions, targeted support, and any necessary interventions.Generate reports and compliance dashboards for leadership and department stakeholders. Assist with state and federal reporting requirements. Partner with the Child Accounting Manager/PIMS Administrator on the biennial Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) process, including data collection, validation, documentation, and submission. Cross-Department Collaboration Collaborate with Enrollment, Mentors, Guidance, Finance, Data Services, and Administration to ensure compliance requirements are met. Coordinate communication among stakeholders and provide regular updates regarding compliance status, risks, and upcoming deadlines. Responsibilities for all positions Proctor state and local testing as assigned. Attend and/or assist with in-person requirements. Additional duties as assigned.
