SummaryPerforms routine clerical duties in a Distribution Center in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.
Responsibilities- Miscellaneous copying, laminating and distributing.
- Sales Meeting Handouts as requested.
- Accounts Receivable/Credit Customer Accounts Receivable research.
- Assign access cards.
- Maintain/request maintenance of office equipment.
- Coordinate employee/facility events including catering and meeting room set up.
- Handle mail/shipping.
- Update phone directory.
- Manage flow of information throughout the day, faxes, coping, telephone, etc.
- Schedule conference rooms.
- Provide administrative support to Distribution Center Manager/Supervisors or Sales Managers/Supervisors as assigned.
- Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
- Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
- Prepare and process donations as requested.
- Prepare and process samplings as requested.
- Prepare and process employee sales monthly.
- Review and submit all vendor invoices for processing
- Request service from M& R vendors as needed
- Order supplies as needed
- Monitor utility payments
- Complete Building safety check monthly
- Assist Payroll DCA's wiht timekeeping when needed (backup)
- Assist with New Employee Orientation and On-Boarding. (Backup)
- Assist RPA's with their tasks (driver paperwork/settlement/cashiering) when needed (backup)
Qualifications- High School/GED or Diploma required.
- Some college preferred.
- 2-5 years' experience in automated office environment required.
- Basic computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint or related experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems.
- Accurate data entry.
- Strong organizational skills.
